[she must be worried sick. and aizawa doesn't want to worry her so much she comes to find him, because he's honestly not sure he could reassure her in his state...but if he doesn't contact her immediately she'll be heartbroken. it'll be bad.

[ Sooo... Jayden's been periodically trying to reach out to her, and it obviously hasn't worked. Until right this very second. And now everything she's been trying to send finally goes through, rapid fire, one right after the other! Whoops. ]

this planet sucks

I want you to start checking in with me daily when we're either in a system or if you're staying on another ship for the night.

[ Jayden hasn't actually really told people about the gift-giving holiday of choice back where she's from. So this is probably... coming out of nowhere. Oops? Well, there is now a gift wrapped in blue paper with a silver bow sitting outside Ochako's room, and a note that just says, "For Ochako, Happy Dawning -Jayden"

When she unwraps it, she'll find a pink wooden keepsake box with a round purple gem on top. On the inside of the lid is a framed mirror, though it's clear it could be used as a picture frame if wanted. And also? It's filled little individually wrapped candies! Half are chocolates, the other half are soft and various fruity flavors.

[after her return from her awesome sled adventure, uraraka will find that her room has had a few touches added. none of her current decorations or knicknacks have been changed or moved around, but a few things have been added to look a little more like the home she made for herself in the dorms...including a bowl of rice crackers on the table.]

[ Once she's unceremoniously displaced onto the Wonderduck, it takes Escha a few days to really get into the swing of things - between the ship things, and the planet things, there's a lot to take in! But she keeps thinking about the offer of snowcones, which.. she has no idea what exactly those are, but they sound sweet and delicious and she can't wait to see what it's all about! ]

Hello! Were you still interested in getting together and making snowcones?

Also, on the planet I found all of the ingredients to make an apple tart! So it can be like a trade!

[shortly after max's departure and the distribution of his notes, aizawa goes on the prowl for ochako.

it's a shame that he's gone to a place that, by the stories told, sounds way worse than even what they've got here, but there's nothing to be done about it right this minute. he knows that won't stop uraraka from being upset though, and the not-quite scolding from jayden about talking to his student more is still sitting ever-present in the back of his mind.

so first he heads to max's shuttle to see what he can find. he'll check the garden next, and then ochako's usual haunts, but he has a feeling she'll want to be somewhere closer to him than not.]
